Return Shipping: Pack your items securely and ship them back to us using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no additional cost to you.
